History
Malatya Turgut Ozal University Department of International Business Management was opened on 20/02/2019 and accepted its first students as 39 people in the 2020-2021 academic year. Our department had its first graduates in 2024.
There are 7 faculty members in our department, Assoc. Prof. Vedat YILMAZ is the head of the department and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meral CALIS DUMAN served as the vice president of the department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Müslüme AKYUZ, Assoc. Prof. Dr. YELIZ GEDIK, Dr. Lecturer Member Ayse ERSOY YILDIRIM, Dr. faculty member Eda FENDOGLU, Dr. Faculty member Arif YILDIZ is currently serving as a faculty member.
General Information
The Department of International Business Management is an undergraduate program with a wide range of learning outcomes. The chapter includes case studies adapted from real business life and scientific theories and practical knowledge about business activities. Students will contribute to the development of the universal system they are in by comprehending the real dynamics of the business world, with social responsibility awareness and ethical values, thanks to the case studies, exemplary solutions and knowledge they have acquired during their education processes.
Aim and Target
Businesses have a key role as the locomotive of local, regional, national and international development. The fundamental basis of the success of businesses is qualified human resources with universal values. The Department of International Business Management aims to integrate individuals who can be a part of the dynamic structure in which potential businesses operate, who can accurately analyze developments in national and international platforms, and who can direct the business world, and to train the required human resources.
Job Opportunities
International Business Management graduates can assume managerial and skilled employee positions at all levels in various national and international companies; He can work as a manager at various levels in public and private banks. In addition, logistics companies and export-import companies can also be considered as options for career opportunities.
